Terms of Service

By accessing or using Arkyra websites, software, subscriptions, or support services, you accept these Terms of Service and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities carried out through your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and promptly notify Arkyra of unauthorized use or security incidents.

Paid plans are billed according to the period selected at checkout (monthly or yearly), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are due in advance and may be subject to taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

For consumer transactions in Turkiye, Arkyra applies relevant mandatory provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Mesafeli Sozlesmeler Yonetmeligi, Official Gazette No. 29188).

Where digital content is supplied immediately after explicit user consent, statutory withdrawal exceptions may apply to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Use of Arkyra software is governed by active license entitlements. You may not exceed seat limits, share credentials unlawfully, or use the software in violation of applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.

Arkyra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, non-payment, unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or any material breach of these Terms or the EULA.

All software, design, branding, documentation, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Turkish Law No. 5846 (FSEK) and international frameworks.

No right is granted except as expressly stated. Arkyra reserves all rights and remedies for unauthorized use.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except for rights that cannot be waived under mandatory law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkyra is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the user's jurisdiction.

For disputes not resolved amicably, Istanbul (Caglayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
